A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to drive pipeline generation and system automation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own pipeline generation end-to-end, architecting solutions to move leads through the funnel

Partner with marketing teams to orchestrate multi-channel promotions and drive engagement

Design, implement, and maintain automations and integrations, creating workflows as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field

4+ years in RevOps, Growth, or GTM Operations roles at a B2B SaaS company

Proven experience with marketing and sales tech, particularly Marketo and Salesforce

Comfortable with experimentation and rapid iteration; experience with AI tools is a plus

Strong focus on pipeline health and performance improvement
