Assembler II / Working Lead Job Duties and Requirements :

• Performs electro-mechanical assembly tasks using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Leads by example in daily operations, assisting with task prioritization and training team members.
• Ensures quality standards are met and completes all required forms and documentation.
• Communicates effectively with other teams to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
• Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with a variety of tools.
