Trial Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including Family Law, Securities Law, Workers Compensation Law, and Personal Injury Law. This position requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services and support to our clients.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing insights and recommendations based on legal research findings.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.
• Assist in the management of client relationships, ensuring effective communication throughout the legal process.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' cases.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and negotiation within a law office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Family Law, Securities Law, Workers Compensation Law, and Personal Injury Law is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex legal concepts to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay : $97,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
