A company is looking for a Support Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Processes and communicates authorization and schedule changes to ensure service coordination and client satisfaction

Coordinates Care Partner teams to meet fill rate expectations and resolves payroll and billing questions

Acts as a liaison for Field Supervisors and supports recruiting and onboarding needs of the team

Required Qualifications and Education

High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred

Previous home health care or home care experience is highly desirable

Staffing experience preferred
