Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process multi-state payroll for a large workforce, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Utilize payroll systems and software to manage payroll calculations and troubleshoot errors

Conduct data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

4-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payroll

Experience in a large, automated payroll environment supporting 10,000+ employees

Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures

Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll
