What You’ll Do
Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from greeting to delivery
Build strong relationships and create a no-pressure, trust-based sales experience
Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and financing options
Maintain follow-up with leads, past customers, and referrals
Stay knowledgeable on inventory, features, incentives, and market trends
