We are continuing that growth trajectory and are looking for a motivated, analytical, and career-driven recent college graduate to join our team in a hybrid accounting and data analytics role. This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and gain hands?on experience in a fast?scaling organization.

The Opportunity

This role blends senior?level accounting responsibilities with advanced data analysis and reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy while also transforming data into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decisions.

This is ideal for a high?performing recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics who is ready to accelerate their career in a high?growth environment.

What Youll Do

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month?end and year?end close
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports
• Support annual audit and tax preparation
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with AP/AR as needed

Data Analytics Responsibilities

• Collect and source data from internal systems and external platforms
• Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends and patterns
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Write SQL queries and utilize Python (or similar) for data analysis
• Develop executive?level reports and presentations
• Collaborate cross?functionally to support data?driven decision?making
• Maintain database accuracy and reporting integrity

What Were Looking For

Education

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience

• Recent college graduate strongly encouraged to apply
• Internship or 13 years of relevant accounting or data experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools preferred
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Exposure to ASC 842 is a plus

Other Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, high?growth environment
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening in accordance with law

CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus but not required.
