An ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of Transactional Real Estate experience and a background with Leasing (ground leases, development leases, retail leases, etc.) If this sounds like you, apply now! Requirement :

• Licensed to practice law in NY
• 2-6 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience
• Experience representing buyers / sellers, lenders / borrowers, landlords / tenants, developers / building owners, condo and co-op boards, and / or joint venturers
• Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
