Salary Range : $175,000 - $245,000 / Year DOE

Traditional Labor Associate Responsibilities :
Represent employers in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract negotiationsHandle contract administration issues, including interpretation, application, and enforcement of labor agreementsConduct and participate in grievance hearings and grievance arbitrationDefend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations BoardAssist with related employment litigation matters as neededDraft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, and prepare persuasive motions and briefsTake and defend depositions and support hearings, conferences, and other proceedingsCollaborate with multiple partners and team members under the firm's "free market" assignment systemProvide timely, strategic advice and support to clients on labor-relations issuesTraditional Labor Associate Requirements :
