Remote Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Full Stack Developer with deep expertise across UI, services, and database development. You will build and scale modern applications using React, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Python, establish robust automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), and apply Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities (including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)) to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across React UI, backend services, and PostgreSQL data layers.
• Build scalable APIs and services using .NET Core and Python, with strong engineering practices (security, performance, maintainability).
• Design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and performance in PostgreSQL.
• Create and maintain test setups and automation for :

o Unit tests

o Integration tests

o End-to-end (E2E) tests

Required Skills & Experience

6-9 years of Python development (with a mix of .NET Core, React, and PostgreSQL)

Experience deploying into AWS cloud

GenAI and Agentic development experience

Knowledge of RAG, LLMs, orchestration, and MCP

Experience using AI with IDEs such as VS Code and Cursor

Ability to setup and maintain unit testing, integration testing, and end to end testing

Experience with Docker

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microservices and distributed systems experience

Observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing)

CI / CD pipeline design and implementation

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) exposure

Secure API design and modern authentication / authorization patterns

Experience building reusable accelerators, templates, or internal developer platforms
