Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Evaluate patients' individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living functions
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy methods to encourage continuous development at home
• Assess and Document Progress : Monitor patient improvement and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maintain progress
