Licensed Clinical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for a Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement and enhance the Suicide Prevention Program

Assess members' needs, create service plans, and monitor progress toward goals

Coordinate team schedules, participate in hiring, and ensure compliance with program standards

Required Qualifications

Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required

3-5 years of experience in team management and program implementation

Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management

Experience in compliance with laws and regulations in care delivery

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
