A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician-Weekday (MD / DO BCFM / BCIM), NC / SC, 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists as needed
Support population health initiatives and assist patients post-discharge to improve treatment understanding
Required Qualifications
Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
3+ years of post-residency work experience
A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
Active NC or SC state medical license, IMLC preferred
Experience with EPIC EMR and virtual visits required
