Spire Soft is seeking a talented and motivated Part‑Time UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly UX. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Build and implement design systems that enhance the consistency and efficiency of our design processes.
- Execute all stages of UX design from concept to final hand‑off to engineering, including wireframes and user flows.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Have a keen eye on design issues and be willing to provide effective solutions.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to take ownership and lead projects as and when needed.
