Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available to support elementary students in grades K-1. This contract position focuses on delivering specialized instruction to a caseload of 6 students in an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in Special Education and bring dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and support staff to ensure appropriate acmodations and modifications
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• municate effectively with families, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and ply with regulatory requirements related to special education
