• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet daily goals
