Armed Security Officer

Location : Boca Raton, FL

Pay Rate : $19.00 $21.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated, professional Armed Security Officer to lead our security team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, and has proven supervisory skills in the security field.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Supervise and oversee all on-site security personnel
  • Ensure team adherence to post orders, procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct inspections and provide guidance and training to officers
  • Handle incident reports and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain communication with management and clients
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Control access and egress
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
  • Conduct armed foot and / or vehicle patrol
  • Ensure proper documentation and shift reporting

Requirements :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Possess a valid Florida Class D and G license
  • Valid Florida Driver License
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Pass a mental health assessment
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory / security leadership experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

    • You are dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and confident in taking initiative. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and are comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
