About the Role:
As our Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. You’ll guide them through their treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and support our team in delivering top-quality care.

What You'll Do:
· Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way
· Manage and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize patient flow
· Oversee financial coordination, including payment plans, insurance claims, and patient billing
· Serve as the liaison between patients and the clinical team, keeping everyone informed and on the same page
· Handle insurance verification and pre-authorizations with accuracy
· Build positive relationships with patients to create a welcoming and trusted environment

What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination (preferred)
· Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans
· Proficiency with dental management software (Eaglesoft)
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong multi-tasking abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
· A compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Availability to work Saturdays and travel between Mission Viejo and Santa Ana is required.
