About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Care Aide to provide non-medical support and assistance to individuals in their homes. You will play a key role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities and offering companionship.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Help with mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair)

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

Provide light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)

Run errands or accompany clients to appointments

Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow care plans and document care provided

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
