Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, where you will play a key role in maintaining our community's living environment. Your responsibilities will include :
- Completing work orders efficiently throughout the community to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Preparing apartments for new residents by performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Ordering and organizing maintenance supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Executing various maintenance projects, which may involve plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
- Responding promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls to address urgent needs.
- Staying informed about property emergency, safety, and disaster procedures to safeguard residents.
- Maintaining the office, shop, and storage areas, ensuring they align with our company policies.
- Driving residents to stores or special events as needed, enhancing their community experience.
Qualifications :
