Registered Nurse

Summary:

The Arc of Anchorage is seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time position will include approximately 50% nursing duties and 50% direct service care within The Arc's group homes, supporting adults-many of whom are medically fragile-in their home environments. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing nursing assessments, care coordination, and clinical oversight under the Medicaid Waiver Program, serving as a vital resource for staff, families, and the individuals we support ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in alignment with our mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (5 years and supervisory or discharge planning experience preferred)
• Valid Alaska driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and required training
