This role is for someone ready to get out from behind the desk and into the field—meeting face-to-face with business owners, presenting to employee groups, and building long-term relationships based on trust and service.

Expect to:

Meet with small business owners and decision-makers

Present benefit packages to groups of employees

Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs

Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage

Build a strong personal book of business

Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance

Work alongside a high-performing team that trains together and wins together
