Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Maintenance Department – Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs .

Preventative Maintenance – Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

Budget & Resource Management – Balance cost control with quality results.

Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success.

Safety & Compliance – Maintain compliance with all safety codes and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management , preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.

Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management .
