A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator responsible for scheduling medical record retrieval appointments and maintaining productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and schedule provider offices using various retrieval methods
Document call interactions and maintain progress tracking in the database
Maintain high productivity and quality standards while resolving provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of Call Center / Customer Service experience
2+ years of intermediate proficiency with telephone and Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of medical terminology and handling healthcare documentation confidentially
