• Day-To-Day Responsibilities :
• Own Partner Relationships :
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ISV partners, fostering strong executive and operational alignment.
• Drive Governance & Planning :
• Develop and execute joint business plans, manage QBRs / MBRs, and track KPIs such as partner-influenced pipeline and ARR.
• Execute Go-to-Market Strategies :
• Coordinate joint GTM campaigns, enable co-sell motions, and ensure opportunity alignment across regions.
• Ensure Technical Alignment :
• Facilitate integration discussions, and manage roadmap checkpoints with Product and Engineering teams.
• Enablement & Evangelization :
• Partner solutions with in PTC Field organization
• Cross-Functional Coordination :
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer) to resolve issues and support customer value.
• Risk & Issue Management :
• Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution to protect customer success and revenue.
• Community Building :
• Promote partner participation in events, advisory boards, and technical bootcamps to strengthen ecosystem engagement.
• Innovation & Co-Creation :
• Identify opportunities for joint IP development, solution accelerators, and reference architectures to drive differentiation.

• Experience :
• 8–12+ years in Strategic Alliances / Partner Management for enterprise software; proven ownership of Tier‑1 partnerships
• Understanding of PLM / ALM / CAD domains
• Experience running executive governance, joint solution launches, and co‑sell enablement at global scale.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing) with a data‑driven approach to pipeline, ARR, adoption, and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and contract / commercial awareness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering.
