PathPoint is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, ethical, and person-centered behavior analytic services to individuals receiving support through the assigned division. This position provides an average of 2 hours per person per month of direct and indirect services, including assessment, intervention planning, staff training, and data analysis. The BCBA Consultant collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes for individuals served. Position available in our North Central Coast and Ventura locations.

Position Qualifications :

Possesses a valid license as a psychologist from the Medical Board of California or Psychology Examining Board; or

A minimum of two years of experience in a human services delivery system. At least one year in management or supervisory and familiarity with services within the California Regional Center system of services and support.

Compensation : This is an exempt position with an annualized starting pay range of $82,000.00 to $102,000.00.
