Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Entry-level to 1 year experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or social media.
  • A tireless work ethic ready to tackle the challenges of a tech startup.
  • A genuine desire to learn and become a product expert.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Create exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Become a product expert to better assist users.
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and the company, addressing inquiries via email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, bugs, and complaints with care.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, marketing, and QA to leverage your additional skills.
