• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Conducting staff training and development programs.
• Preparing and managing the restaurants budget.
• Reporting to the General Manager on operational performance and financial results.
