S chedule : In Person | Part Time (18-25 Hours / Week ) & Full-Time ( 30 + Hours / Week)

Compensation : Base pay + bi-weekly sales commissions & performance bonuses = Total earning potential of $19–$30 / hour

What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn :

We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like :

Base Pay : $16 / h r depending on experience

Commission Potential : Earn $5–$8 / hr extra with Wax Pass sales

Additional Performance Bonuses : Up to $90 per pay period

Average Total Pay :

• $19–$24 / hr : Entry-level or early career in retail / hospitality
• $23–$30 / hr : 1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record
