Our client is a fast-growing global technology company looking for a hands-on, strategic finance executive to lead their FP&A function. This role will drive financial strategy, lead high-impact planning and forecasting, and deliver insights that influence key business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a collaborative FP&A team that drives operational and strategic excellence.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Build reporting tools and executive dashboards that turn complex data into clear business recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in finance, including 7+ years leading FP&A or related functions within a tech or software environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred); advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
