Key Responsibilities
Support chapter leaders and staff by providing guidance through the self-service Chapter Portal
Manage chapter payments by validating dues and resolving discrepancies with Finance
Coordinate across departments to facilitate projects and system improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of related experience
Strong skills in data management and Excel
Proven customer service experience
Background supporting nonprofit chapters or groups
Bachelor's degree preferred
