A company is looking for a Contracts and Pricing Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support US sell side contracts and proposals, focusing on Enterprise Account Management and Customer Solutions teams
Develop and manage pricing / rebate contracts in collaboration with EAM and Sales leaders
Coordinate and create RFP / RFI submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of proposals
Required Qualifications
Experience in contract management or pricing analysis
Familiarity with RFP / RFI processes
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contract terms and conditions
Understanding of financial implications in contract negotiations
