Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in talent management or related HR disciplines
Strong knowledge of competency modeling and performance management practices
Experience with external HCM consultants and HR technology platforms
Project management experience and stakeholder engagement capabilities
