Radiologist Hotline Service Lead

A company is looking for a Radiologist Hotline Service Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate critical findings to referring provider offices within designated timeframes

Coordinate follow-up on exams with internal management and radiologists

Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and maintain compliance

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

1 year in a similar role preferred

Experience in a customer-facing role

Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment

Proficiency in computer skills and telephone etiquette
