Dealership Lot Technician - Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (or until assignments are complete)

Route Coverage : Bend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas

Pay : $28 per hour (no commission / per car payouts) and Guaranteed 30 hours per week

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to support vehicle inventory photography and management. While often referred to as an Automotive Photographer, this role goes beyond photography - you'll help dealerships maintain clean, consistent, and visually appealing listings by capturing high-quality photos, 360° interior spins, and walk-around videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing precise, high-quality work. No prior experience is required - we provide paid training to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

What You'll Do

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
• Capture interior and exterior photos, 360° spins, videos, and window labels via our mobile app
• Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography
• Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding unready or missing vehicles
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, organized, and dependable when working independently
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems / software
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check

We work with each dealership to find the best and efficient way to get their units marketed online with quality images.
