Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness -

  • Full Time
  • Hours : 3 days per week, .6 FTE (More hours could be available if interested)
  • Employed
  • Call Schedule : Phone Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus : $2500

Compensation : $110k - $120k salary (Package prorate for .6 FTE)

  • Sign-on bonus

    DETAILS :

  • Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician
  • Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol
  • Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol
  • Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • IL License REQUIRED
  • At least 1 year of experience in primary care as an NP
