As a member of the CNC Machinist Group, you will be responsible for performing multiple tasks to support the fabrication of locomotive / mining components. In addition to machining, you will have responsibility for assembling components and other duties as assigned. Machinists are responsible for working together as a team to improve manufacturing processes and promote a climate of cooperation.

Desired Skill Sets :

• Working knowledge of G&M code

What will your typical day look like?

CNC Machinist may include but is not limited to the following :

All machinists will perform multiple tasks in any combination and concentration of the above-mentioned areas and will rotate through all or most of the processes rather than being assigned to a specific task. Machinists must be able to work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling numerous components and other duties as assigned.

The starting hourly rate of this position is $35.23 / hr (up to $36.37 / hr after 6-month progression and $37.51 / hr at 4 years of service) with night shift differential of $1 / hr when working 2nd shift hours.
