Warehouse Associate

2nd shift Warehouse - Production Technician, Job, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-Midnight, starting at $18.00/hour

Bonded Filter Company (BFC), a well-established facilities service organization, has been in business for 60 years manufacturing, installing, and servicing air filtration products for commercial and industrial customers. We are based in Nashville, Tennessee but serve a nationally recognized customer base in 48 states.

The warehouse position will perform a variety of production and warehouse functions associated with the manufacturing, packing, sorting and shipping of air filters and frames that will be used by our Service Technicians who will install the products at the customer site in the field.

Job Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year experience preferably in manufacturing or warehouse distribution. Must be able to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Must have mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. Effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, drill).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate non-motorized hand-trucks and work above floor/ground level.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Must be self-motivated.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Duties

• Assemble supply packets for field employees (gloves, staples, bags). Verify all products to be placed in shipment.
• Pack and place filter and frame materials in appropriate box. Prepare shipment documentation. Load materials onto truck.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments. Unpack materials, placing stock in warehouse inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
