What Will You Be Doing?

In this hands-on, forward-focused role, you will support hotel operations by identifying and addressing maintenance needs early, helping preserve equipment life and prevent unexpected downtime :

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across building systems and guest-facing areas
• Inspect, test, and service equipment including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components
• Document inspections, repairs, and performance trends for engineering leadership
• Identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions
• Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with minor repairs as needed to support overall engineering operations
