Required Qualifications :
3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or technical implementation within the B2B SaaS industry
Proven track record of managing complex technical implementations from kickoff to go-live
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated escalation management skills and comfort navigating difficult conversations
Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn new systems quickly and drive outcomes independently
