Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Program Operations Specialist for the Marketing Department at our Columbus, Ohio location.

The Marketing Programs Operations Specialist I is the operational backbone for Integrated Marketing programs - owning the setup, tracking, reporting, and delivery of promotions, contests, incentives, rep mailings and support requests.
Responsibilities:
Program setup & administration
- Set up and maintain promotions, contests, and incentives in internal promotional tools and systems (e.g., AX), following documented standards.
- Route contest rules, prize documentation, and compliance-related forms through internal partners (e.g., Legal, Finance, HR) and track approvals through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment on promotional item availability prior to go-live, confirming qualifying items are available and any constraints/alternates are communicated before launch.
- Own the setup, execution, tracking, and follow-through of rep mailings (print routing, kit requirements, handoffs to mailhouse/warehouse partners, shipment confirmations, and issue resolution).
- Own program operations for the Kimball Midwest Merchandise Store (product/campaign setup support, ordering workflows, issue resolution, reporting, and coordination with internal partners/vendors as needed).
- Handle Tier 2 incoming calls and emails related to contests, promotions, and quotas.
Tracking, reporting & visibility
- Track and communicate quotas, rep/team rankings, eligibility checks, and program status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, format, and distribute recurring operational reports and trackers (Excel/SharePoint), ensuring version control and accuracy.
- Calculate and coordinate distribution of promotional bonus payouts, including validation, reporting, and handoff to internal partners as needed.
Integrated Marketing Enablement
- Support Marketing Programs Production Specialists by coordinating item ordering and availability for photo and video shoots, ensuring needed products are secured, delivered on time, and tracked through completion.
- Support additional enablement efforts across the Design, Production, Distribution and Engagement functions of the Integrated Marketing team, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Communication, or equivalent work history.
- 1-2 years of marketing operations experience.
- Experience working with databases is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
