The shift is Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4PM. Overtime only as needed.
Job Summary
Our Rackers take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and placing them according to product specification on work racks. This work enables the customer’s product to be processed according to specific specifications by the Line Operators. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Rackers carefully remove the customer’s parts from the rack and package them to get them ready for shipping.
Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all of the equipment used in the metal finishing process.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with Pioneer Metal Finishing by learning about the various chemical processes, quality requirements, and customer specifications used every day.
