• 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
