Continuous Improvement Lead

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Sustainability Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and build continuous improvement (CI) capabilities across various leadership levels

Lead assessments and translate findings into strategic priorities, overseeing execution of plans

Drive value creation initiatives and support leaders in linking improvement efforts to financial outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

6+ months of experience in a CI environment for internal candidates or 2+ years for external candidates

Proven success in CI leadership within large-scale organizations

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the VP / SVP level

Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems

Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
