Specific Responsibilities :

• Comfortably communicate with senior staff; collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives
• Iteratively plan and lead efforts to analyze data and determine value to derive use cases for consumption by command staff
• Explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring users can independently derive insights and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark)
• Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
