Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of empathy and the ability to manage various tasks.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
Perform RN review and supervisory visits.
Be available to provide supervision to direction to caregiver on duty.
Qualifications/Education
Previous experience in home health care for seniors.
Current unencumbered RN license.
Experience teaching and training caregivers or CNAs
Flexible schedule
