Senior Travel Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert client service by handling complex inquiries and delivering timely resolutions

Conduct needs assessments and develop customized travel plans aligned with client goals

Mentor junior team members and identify opportunities to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of experience in a corporate travel consultant role

Solid digital literacy and strong knowledge of GDS systems and travel tools

Ability to effectively identify client needs and build trust

Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access
