Coda Search is recruiting for an asset management group that is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate with offices located in San Francisco. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for preparing quarterly and year-end marketing materials, preparing pitchbooks, competitor analysis, updating the investor portal, and financial insights for leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare quarterly and year-end investor reports
- Assist with preparing marketing material for prospective investors
- Build frameworks and questionnaires for prospective investors
- Prepare competitors analysis
- Work closely with the deals, marketing and operations team
- Update and manage all information into the CRM system
- Answering investor questions and responding in a timely manner
