Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration NIV, IV, PERM, RFEs and CAP Season work. This is a remote role that can support client in Washington, D.C. from anywhere in the US. Client Details Global law firm. Description Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, PERM cases and CAP season work. Responding to Requests for Evidence.
