Prato 850 is an extremely busy and vibrant indoor and outdoor bar / restaurant and we are seeking a fun, yet dutiful FOH manager. We are the best party around and want nothing but the most energetic, personable and hospitality-minded manager there is.

Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Managing & supporting staff during service
  • Opening & closing shifts
  • Health Department readiness
  • Covid-19 protocol adherence
  • Ordering
  • Maximize seating capacity and table-turning
